Use Case 2: Create opportunities for fulfillment
Outline
Chapter 13: How to find fulfillment in your daily routine
It can feel fulfilling to go through previously mundane routines with a change in behavior/mindset and habits. It’s easier to remember your Inner Compass when making large, infrequent life decisions. It’s much harder to remember your Inner Compass every day, especially during mundane routines. The exercises in this chapter help you remember to use your Inner Compass on a daily basis, and helps you identify how to do so across various situations.
Chapter 14: How to make fulfillment unavoidable

Chapter 15: How to prototype intriguing lifestyles
It feels inspiring to gain clarity + confidence about what truly fulfills you over time. (In the short term, we can maximize fulfillment within our understanding of what matters, but in the long term, we can lift our ceiling higher by honing what matters). People’s Tenets are formed from their lived experiences. When making big life decisions, people don’t prioritize options that allow them to experience interesting tenets. And outside of big life decisions, it’s hard to remember to regularly experience interesting tenets. The exercises in this chapter help you deliberately experience interesting tenets, enabling you to discover more fulfilling and meaningful tenets.
Chapter 16: How to avoid getting in your own way
It feels frustrating, frightening, and nerve wracking when a <bad> tenet blocks you from embodying the tenets that fulfill you, in a relatable way. (+ Explain how much better it feels to overcome this). Unfortunately, fully casting aside existing tenets can take a long time because you need to unlearn something that’s rooted in your world view. This is bad because until they are cast aside, these bad tenets can block fulfillment, even if you’re trying to follow your fulfilling tenets. The exercises in this chapter help you plan out measures to avoid the tenets that derail you from embodying your fulfilling tenets, enabling you to feel fulfilled even before you’ve done the hard work needed to fully cast these bad tenets aside.
