What you will get out of this
Of the media we regularly consume (books, film, news, etc.), some pieces leave a stronger impression on us than others. Oftentimes this is because there are elements within that media that we find intriguing and want to explore within ourselves.
This exercise helps us identify the beliefs and values underlying the media we find most intriguing.

Step 1: Mapping Your Media Influences
Reflect on the books, movies, or other forms of media that have recently tugged at your heartstrings or etched a lasting impression on your mind. Jot down at least five such transformative pieces.
What do they stir within you? What sensations or emotions do they elicit? Take a few moments to pour out a couple of heartfelt sentences about each of these artful influences.
